Amazing service from start to finish! Efficient, approachable and always happy to help. I had a wonderful experience working with my mortgage broker. He was incredibly quick, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear, and he made everything smooth and stress-free. I found this particularly helpful given we are a working family with young children and we always seem to be time poor. Chris Made the Whole Process Easy. I was referred to Chris and it was the best referral ever. I would highly recommend Chris and his team for any financing/loan needs as he made the whole process very easy and kept us informed the whole way. He is very calm under what I am sure are very stressful circumstances which made me feel much better knowing that he was handling everything. We were also on a tight time frame as I was going away, but again, everything was finalised before my departure. Professional and friendly agent who communicated clearly and made the process much easier for us. . It was a pleasure working with Chris to help get mine and my partners mortgage sorted recently. A clear and professional communicator, who explained the process every step of the way and helped us find the deal that was the best for us. Chris was always quick to reply when needed and open to answering any questions we might have (a few considering we were first time home buyers). The entire process felt much easier and smoother with Chris’ advice and expertise. Chris also makes the effort to work with his clients around their busy work day, being open to book an after hours catch up to discuss the finer points recognising that not everyone has time during the work day. Absolute legend and the broker you want in your corner! We couldn’t have asked for a better broker than Chris while buying our first home.
