I've now had two experiences with FirstPoint - a refinance and an investment loan. First Point, and particularly working with Chris, has been fantastic to deal with managing all of the documentation and getting the best deal. Perhaps the best surprise was after 12 months I get a short note from Chris to say he has negotiated a better deal as part of an annual review - I wasn't expecting anything so to get a further few points off the locked in discount completely driven by FirstPoint being proactive was a nice outcome. Highly recommended.

We recently bought a new family home and had the pleasure of using Chris to source the new loan and also refinance the old loan which we wanted to keep for an investment property. Chris made the entire process so easy and helped every step of the way. Even though we changed banks, which we thought would be a hassle, it was all very simple and we ended up with a much better loan product and more importantly a house all our family loves! We’d have no hesitation in recommending Chris or his team to anyone looking for either a new loan or to refinance an existing loan. It’s shame that Chris isn’t also a removalist as I have no doubt that he would have made that easy as well!!
